Boy get puppy

Here are the latest pictures of the little one from Jenn's doctors visit yesterday. The Doctor said the hand picture was the best hand picture she had ever seen.

Jasen and Helen got the kids a puppy for christmas and today was the arrival day for "Macy" the golden retriever pup. We are keeping her at our house until christmas day, which should be fun, our house will be a giant puppy toilet for the next week. She is a really cute puppy and she and Syd seem to be getting along pretty well so far. Anyway here are a couple of pictures of Macy, I know there are a few people waiting to see what she is like.

Our dog Syd went to the vet the other day to get spayed, she came through it alright and is healing up well. She had to wear a cone on her head for the first few days to keep her from messing with her stitches. This was pretty funny to look at and also led to other comedic moments like Syd running into walls and trying to sniff snow and scooping a bunch up into her cone.

I decided to post a video on YouTube. The video is of me playing the intro and chords to Phil Keaggy's song "Strong Tower" from the album "Find Me in These Fields" This is one of my favorite Keaggy songs and it is a lot of fun to play. I see a bunch of other people playing guitar on YouTube so I thought I would give it a try. I also wanted to see how easy it was because I was thinking about putting clips from the Singing Christmas Tree on there for all the out of towners who would like to see it. Here are some pictures from the time down in San Marcos, TX at Barry's studio. Check out Barry's hat, he has love for K-Town. The guy with the long hair is Levi, he played drums on the album. The studio is in the basement of Barry's house, a converted garage split into a studio and control room. My girl the Lowden was the guitar of choice and it sounded good.
