GOULD'S HOUSE

I can't believe that it was only about two weeks ago that she started to take steps. Now she walks more than crawls! We're doing good. Enjoying the sunshine. Kevin and Sheila were up here for a few days. Exploring the area has been fun - see the zoo and parks posts earlier on. We've found a good church we've been attending and met a few people through that. I've applied for a part time position at the hospital here. David is still working for the post office, but looking for another direction. We are looking and praying. I guess that's all the news for us. Here's are little miss...

Today we decided to go spend the morning at the Nashville Zoo. It was almost 90 degrees! And I wasn't even miserable. For anyone who knows me very well knows i don't deal terribly well with heat. Today gave me hope for the summer:) Abby had a great time looking at all the animals and especially loved the bird house. We had a picnic lunch on the grass and ended our outing with an ice cream cone. It was a great time and so much fun! I look forward to going back.

Today is beautiful, sunny, and warm (but not too warm:). We went to Old Fort Park and walked around and played in the grass. Hope you all are doing well and enjoying spring!!!!

It's been a challenge to get pictures or videos of this but here is a glimpse of Abby's newest skill. She will only do a few steps at a time then she gets excited and falls over. Our baby is becoming a big girl:)
