GOULD'S HOUSE

Well we have lots of changes going on in the Gould house right now. First of all my wonderful husband turned thirty yesterday. Happy Birthday David!! We had a nice day just spending some family time together. A few weeks ago we also made the decision that David would go back to school. He's been thinking about it for awhile. On July 14th he is starting a paralegal program up in Nashville. Because he already has a degree he can finish this one in 6 months. We are all excited about this next direction. I have also taken a job at Southern Hills Medical Center. It is a smaller hospital in south Nashville. I'll be working mostly weekend nights which is perfect for us. I'm also really excited to get to step back into the work world for a bit. Also to any of you who ever knew her or had the privilege of riding in her we must report the sad demise of the Kia. While we were in VA with my family she became very ill. David did his best to revive her but we decided to go with something a little more dependable and less well um death prone. We are now the proud owners of a VW Jetta. It is Alaska Green in color and a great little car. So as you can see we have lots of changes going on. We are also considering moving up closer to Nashville as both of us will now be commuting up there but we'll have to wait and see what comes up. We'll keep you all posted. :)

After spending some time with my family in Virginia, Abby and I flew to Orlando where we met David and spent a week in Florida with Kevin, Sheila, Helen and all the kids. We had a great (and often chaotic) time. We spent lots of time with kids in the pool, at the playground, playing games, early birthday parties, and I even got to read a few books :) (I highly recommend Dee Henderson to anyone who likes fiction). We are now safely back in Tennessee gearing up for lots of changes. I'll post another blog soon about all of those happenings, but for now here are a few pictures from the second half of our trip.
