Christmas 2009 and on to 2010
It's been a busy last few weeks. We had a fun Christmas with all the Maloneys and a visit to Tennessee over New Years. I'll sum it all up in pictures, because i have a lot of them!
Us on Christmas Eve. We went with my parents to a candle light service at their church and then had dinner at our house.
Abby and Auntie Alli. Christmas day at my mom and dad's house. Everyone came to our house on Christmas morning where we had breakfast and opened presents. Then we went to my parents home later that day for a nice meal. It was a fun time with the family. :)
On New Years Day we drove to the Wickerts home in Tennessee. You'll notice that the house is kind of bare as they were right in the middle of moving to Florida (see the Wickert's blog for more details). On Saturday we had a small "Second Christmas" and the kids all got a few more presents. This is the lot of them. Abby had a great time chasing after all the big kids.
Leah and Abby. Not sure why she isn't smiling, but Abby loves her big cousin Leah and still is talking about doing big girl things, "like Leah." :)
When we left Tennessee Evan and Abby had a love hate relationship. They didn't really like each other all that much, but this time they played well together and got along great! This is them playing with Abby's new Mr Potato Head stuff.
And of course Uncle Dave had a great time with his buddies! We heard "Uncle David!" so much that the morning we left Abby woke up and asked for "uncle David". I am still explaining that he's "Daddy" to her.
We also came home with a new temporary addition to our family. Macy is vacationing with her cousin Sydney until the Wickerts get settled in Florida. They are having a great time and love each other lots!!
So that pretty much sums up some of our happenings over the last few weeks. I'll leave you with one more video so you can see a little of our crazy kids when we were in Tennessee.
